Mara has always had a heart for helping children reach their full potential. As a social worker and behavioral therapist for children with special needs, she saw firsthand the power of early intervention and education. When Mara became a mother during the pandemic, she was inspired to create the kind of place she wished she had found for her own daughter—a nurturing, joyful environment where children feel safe to learn and grow. In doing so, she also brought her mother’s dream to life by extending that care to many more children. She founded Little Bunnies Childcare with the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, in school and in life.
